培养医学研究生正确应用汇集分析

摘　　要：Pooled分析与Meta分析都属于综合分析的方法。但Meta分析是发表结果的综合,因此有一定的局限性。而Pooled分析则是通过直接获得各个研究者的原始数据进行综合分析,容易做到更为广泛及深入的分析研究。Pooled分析方法先进,作为一种方法和工具,对其应用的过程完全可以达到医学研究生的培养要求,即科研能力、逻辑思维能力、文献检索能力、数据结果统计学处理能力及英语语言能力等。对医学研究生而言,Pooled分析具有很强的实用性,同时研究结果能为循证医学提供高级别的证据。Both Pooled analysis and Meta-analysis are comprehensive analysis methods. As a complex of the published results, Meta-analysis has a certain degree of limitations. Meanwhile, Pooled Analysis is a comprehensive analysis of the original data that directly received from each Investigator, therefore, Pooled Analysis is prone to do a more extensive and intensive analysis. That is to say, by using Pooled Analysis, investigators can do research for further analysis of the content or results which did not appear in the published article. As an advanced analysis method, Pooled Analysis has good feasibility. Its application as a method and tool can totally achieve requirements of medical postgraduates training, which includes research capability; logically thinking capability; literature retrieval capability; data or results statistically processing capability and English language capability. For medical postgraduates, Pooled analysis is very useful, at the same time, the analysis results can provide a high level of evidence for evidence-based medicine too.
