摘　　要：我国歌剧创作已经走过近百年的征程,艺术成就巨大,正反面经验丰富。当代歌剧家在举步迈向21世纪之际,必须在一度创作中提高剧作家和作曲家的音乐戏剧意识,增强自律意识,拒绝"三浮",回归严肃创造,达成用经典作品向世界展现中国形象的崇高使命;而各级政府,则应为创建我国歌剧艺术多元生态提供政策扶持和制度保障。Our national opera creation has gone through a history of one hundred year, and has a lot of experience and great art achievement. In 21st century, it is a must to promote playwrights＇ and composers＇ music drama conscious- ness in first- grade creation. It is necessary to strengthen self- discipline consciousness and go back to serious crea- tion, so as to display the sublime mission of Chinese image. As regards for government, it is necessary to provide po- litical support and systematic assurance fbr establishing the multiple ecolo~ of our national opera art.
