大学生创新能力培养实证研究——以北京某高校本科生“星火基金”课外科技实践项目为例

摘　　要：以北京某高校设立的本科生"星火基金"项目为例,探讨了基于学生自主科研项目的大学生创新能力培养途径、实践应用效果及其在人才培养中的作用。认为课外科技实践是培养本科生创新精神和创新能力的重要手段,对学校培养高素质创新型人才具有很好的促进作用。Taking the students＇ research projects of Spark Fund established by a university in Beijing as an example, this paper explores the way and the practical application effect of the cultivating creative ability, and its role in personnel training. This paper argues that the extracurricular science and technology practice is an important means to cultivate the innovative spirit and ability of undergraduates, and a good role in promoting the university to cultivate the high quality talents.
