摘　　要：任务型教学作为一种新的教学模式,在外语课堂教学研究中广受关注。但对于大学英语课堂上任务的设计及其具体实施仍需做进一步的研究。文章探讨了任务型教学在大学英语课堂的实践运用及其对外语教学的有益启示,以期探索出一条提高学生语言应用能力的新途径。Task-based Teaching （TBT）, as a new teaching mode, is a hot topic in the teaching and research of foreign language. However, much more study is needed for task-designing and task-applying of college English classroom. This article explores the application of TBT and its implication in college English classroom, aiming at finding out a new way to de- velop students＇ ability of using English.
