试论“90后”大学生时代背景下的高校班主任工作

摘　　要：高校班主任既是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,同时也是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。随着大批"90后"学生涌入大学校园,当前我国高校已进入"90后"大学生时代。本文试图通过对高校"90后"大学生群体特征的分析,阐述对如何做好当前高校班主任工作的几点思考。The head-teachers in colleges play a key role in the ideological and political work of college students,and they are also the mentor and guide in the process of college students＇ healthy growth. With a large number of ＂post 90s＂crowding into college campus, the current Chinese colleges have officially entered into the ＂post 90s＂ era. This paper attempts to analyze the group characteristics of the ＂post 90s＂, and then gives some reflections on the head-teachers do their jobs well.
