摘 要:目的:提高中医护理教学质量,达到传授中医护理理论知识和培养应用常见传统疗法的双重作用。方法:185名学生被随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组为95名护理本科生,中医护理学课采取基于讲解的教学模式(LectureBasedLearning,uIL)授课;实验组为90名护理本科生,采取综合教学模式,即基于讲解的教学模式(LectureBasedLearning,LBL)、基于问题的教学模式(Problem-BasedLearn.ing,PBL)和基于病例的教学模式(CaseBasedLearning,CBL)综合应用于理论教学中,通过考试、问卷调查方法,进行统计分析。结果:实验组考试成绩及问卷调查评价指标A、B百分率均高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:中医护理学教学中综合应用多种教学模式实践效果明显,有利于提高教学质量。Objective: To improve the quality of TCM nursing teaching, reaching the dual role of teaching the theory of TCM nursing knowledge and culturing the application of common traditional therapy. Methods: 185 students were randomly divided into experimental group for 90 and control group for 95 undergraduate nursing students, the control group was taught by LBL. Experimental group was taught by the combined mode ofLBL, PBL CBL theory, checked the teaching results by exam and questionnaire survey. Results: The percentage of A, B in the experimental group were higher (P〈0.01) than control group. Conclusion: The synthetical teaching mode has a great effect and it can improve the teaching quality.
