摘　　要：本文从小型企业的组织层次的构成出发,分析了不同的组织层次中知识共享的动因,认为小型企业中不同的组织层次对组织的知识共享的效果有着不同的影响。Based on the structure of the small-sized enterprise,the paper analyzes the motivation of knowledge sharing in different organization levels.And a point of view that different organization levels have different effects on knowledge sharing in small-sized enterprise is presented.
