摘 要:为获得更多的胞外多糖,采用单因子分析和正交试验相结合的方法,对4个桑黄菌株的液体培养条件进行了优化筛选。结果表明:桑黄4个菌株对营养的需求基本一致,在设置的碳源、氮源和微量元素中,最佳培养基组分为:玉米粉、麸皮、0.2%磷酸二氢钾、0.05%硫酸镁、0.2%碳酸钙、0.05%复合维生素B和0.1%维生素E,其中1号、2号菌株液体培养最佳碳氮源质量分数组合为3%玉米粉和2%麸皮;3号、4号菌株为2%玉米粉和2%麸皮。在温度为28℃,初始pH值6.50,摇床转速150 r/min时4个菌株的胞外多糖产量均最高。An experiment was conducted to study the optimal liquid culture conditions of four isolates of Phellinuz igniarius to improve the production of exocellular polysaccharide by the methods of single factor and orthogonal experiment. The needs of four isolates are basically the same. The most suitable formula of liquid culture medium is as follows: corn meal, wheat bran, 0.2% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.05% of magnesium sulfate, 0.2% of Calcium Carbonate, 0.05% of compound vitamin B and 0.1% of vitamine E. The best carbon nitrogen source contents for P. igniarius NO. 1 and NO. 2 are 3% of corn meal and 2% of wheat bran. For P. igniarius NO. 3 and NO. 4, the carbon nitrogen source contents are 2% of corn meal and 2% of wheat bran. Extracellular polysaccharide yields of the four isolates were the highest under 28 ℃, 6.50 of pH and 150r/min of rotation speed.
