摘 要:为了脱除油茶多糖中的色素,研究以H2O2为脱色剂,以H2O2体积分数、溶液pH、脱色时间进行单因素试验,并进行三因素三水平的正交试验。结果表明,H2O2对油茶多糖进行脱色的最佳工艺条件为:H2O2体积分数为40%、溶液pH为9.0、脱色时间为4 h,其脱色率达到97.06%,表明H2O2能有效地脱除油茶多糖中的色素。In order to deeolorize the camellia polysaccharide, H2O2 was used to be reagent for decolofization in this research, and the volume fraction of H2O2, pH as well as time were chosen to conduct the experiment of single factor. Then the orthogonal test with 3 factors and 3 levels was carried out on the aforementioned basis. The result showed that camellia polysaccharides was decolorized mostly under the condition that the volume fraction of H2O2 was 40%, the pH of solution was 9.0 and the time was 4 h. The decolorization rate of polysaccharides was 97.06% under that condition. The study indicated that the pigment of polysaccharides can be removed by H2O2.
