摘　　要：素质教育的核心是创新教育 ,创新教育的核心是培养思维品质。思维品质是各种品质的基础 ,思考能力是各种能力的灵魂。创新教育的目标是培养有创新意识和创新能力的创造性人才。作者通过十余年的教学科研探索 ,认为“教学科研化”是创新教育的突破口 ,能将素质教育落实到实处。Quality education is the core of education innovation whose core is to cultivate thinking character, which is the basic of allkinds of charaters, and the thinking ability is the soul of all kinds of abilities. The goal of education innovation is to cultivate talents with innovative ideas and innovative abilities. After over ten years teaching and studying, the author thinks that Integrating teaching into Research is a breakthrough point of education innovation, which can put the quality education into practice.
