摘 要:直线电动机地铁线路的感应板安装公差是影响转向架下直线电动机感应线圈与道床上感应板间作用距离(电动机气隙)的一个重要参数,采用铁道车辆-轨道耦合系统动力学理论,建立直线电动机地铁车辆-轨道耦合系统动力学模型,调查感应板安装公差的车辆动力学性能影响。在动力学模型中,采用多刚体模拟车辆系统,其由车体、构架、轮对和感应线圈构成,它们之间的连接构件用等效线性弹簧阻尼单元模拟;把轨道系统考虑为柔性结构,包括钢轨、轨道板及道床上表面的感应板,钢轨与轨道板、感应板与轨道板间的连接装置被简化为等效的线性弹簧阻尼单元。应用上述模型,研究在轨道线路不平顺激励作用下,直线电动机不同气隙初始值与感应板安装公差之间的关系。分析直线电动机地铁车辆运行过程中的轮轨力、脱轨系数和电动机气隙的变化规律。The installation tolerance of reaction plate on a linear induction motor(LIM) metro track is a key parameter having a great influence on the interaction of the LIM rotor hanging from the bogies and the reaction plate(RP) on the track slab, based on the coupling vehicle-track system dynamic theory, a new model of vehicle-track coupling dynamic system considering the LIM behavior is developed to investigate the influence mentioned above. In this model, the vehicle subsystem is treated as a rigid multi-body system, considering a carbody, two bogies, four wheelsets and two LIM, which are connected with equivalent linear spring-damp systems. The track subsystem is considered as an elastic structure, consisting of rails, slab and the RP, the link between rails and slabs, slabs and RP is also treated as equivalent linear spring-damp system. Using this dynamics model the effect of the installment tolerance of the RP on the gap and interaction of the LIM rotor and the RP are analyzed, in which the track irregularities are simultaneously considered. The analyzed dynamical behavior includes the dynamic wheel-rail forces, derailment coefficient and the instant gap variation.
