摘　　要：以某轿车车门为例,通过有限元仿真研究了高强钢的材料强度级别及板金厚度对外覆盖件的影响规律,对于车身外覆盖件的选材及零件设计具有重要的指导意义。Taking a car door as an example, the effects of high-strength steel material stiffness grade and sheet metal thickness on outer panels are studied through finite simulation. An important guide line for material selection and part design of outer panels is provided.
