摘　　要：针对传统甑桶蒸馏存在的诸多弊端,根据固态发酵法白酒连续蒸馏装置设计对新能源开发与利用的需要,综合应用太阳能光伏发电及现代电气技术,分析太阳能光伏发电系统的工作原理、设备组成及能量转换关系,并应用于白酒连续蒸馏装置的驱动系统,对实现清洁生产、节能减排,提高白酒蒸馏设备的装备水平具有重要意义。There are many drawbacks for traditional steamer distillation.Based on the design of continuous distillation device of liquor by solid fermentation,solar photovoltaic power generation and modern electrical technology had been applied in the drive system of continuous distillation device through the analysis of the working principles of solar photovoltaic system and its equipment composition and its energy conversion,which could realize clean production,save energy,reduce the pollution,and improve the level of liquor distillation equipment.
