摘　　要：公安信息地位由被动附属型转变为主动引领型,公安信息活动实践在不断变革,一种公安信息工作模式正在形成。与实践发展相比,公安信息学学科建设相对落后,公安信息学理论体系还未完全形成,基础理论研究比较薄弱。因此,当务之急,首先应突破常规,重新构建公安信息学学科和专业课程体系;其次强化公安信息学基础理论研究,以理论研究推动应用研究;最后应保持公安信息学学科适应性发展态势。Under the background of informationization, status of public security intelligence information is changing from passive attachment into active leading, and the practice of public security intelligence information is continuous transforming, so the work pattern of public security intelligence is being formed. Compared with the practice, it is relatively slow constructing of public security intelligence science. It is not fully formed for theoretical system and is weak for basic theoretical research of public security intelligence science. So most pressing of the moment, firstly break the convention to reconstruction subject and system of professional courses of public security intelligence science; secondly strengthening basic theoretical research to promote applied research; finally keeping adaptive development trend of public security intelligence science under the background of informationization.
