校企合作共建实验室的运行机制研究

摘　　要：学校与企业发挥各自优势、互相支持、资源共享合作共建实验室,满足实验室建设的需要,同时让企业通过共建实验室共享成果。实验室的合作共建是一个复杂工程,文章提出了校企合作共建实验室的系统模型,研究了校企合作共建实验室的运行机制,从加大政府的扶持和推动力度、增强行业引领作用、发挥校企主体作用等方面讨论构建和完善校企合作共建实验室运行机制。Colleges and enterprises exert their respective advantages, support and share resources with each other to co-construction of laboratory. It satisfies the needs of laboratory construction and shares achievement with enterprises. The co-construction of laboratory is a complex work. This article proposes the system model of cooperation between colleges and enterprises for co-construction of laboratory, researches the running mechanism of it, and discusses the countermeasures to construct and perfect the running mechanism.
