摘　　要：以项目从研发到运行的整个周期为载体介绍CDIO模式,提出"全员参与、全程规范、学生为主、实践为主"的管理理念,构建基于CDIO模式"四位一体"的实验教学示范中心实践平台,以及实践平台全过程监管和学生激励机制,在管理实践中取得了良好的成效。Based on the whole circle of program from developing to operating, introducing the CDIO, presenting the management concept of ＂Total-involvement, All-standard, Students-oriented, Practice -oriented＇, constructing the practice platform of a four-in-one experimental teaching demonstration center based on the CDIO, as well as the practice platform supervising the whole progress and the incentive mechanism of students, all of which have a great result in the process of management and practice.
