摘 要:由于在履带行走机构作用下土壤的压实通常会伴随着横向扰动并产生位移,所以履带车辆与土壤相互作用中的影响区域是三维空间的,应该从三维的角度分析履带-地面相互作用。根据Mckyes-Ali三维模型,结合贝克和Nobutaka的研究方法,将三维模型应用到履带-地面作用分析中。分析挡板与土壤相互作用过程,并对挡板所受水平阻力进行求解,完成三维模型的建立,将三维模型与对数螺旋线模型进行对比,验证其准确性。三维模型的研究为从三维模型分析履带-地面相互作用提供了理论基础和依据,为仿真软件在履带-地面作用分析中的进一步发展提供模型支持。Under the effect of the crawler of the tracked vehicle, soil compaction produces a shift with transverse perturbations so the affected area under the interaction between the track and the soil is three-dimensional, the track-terrain interaction should be analyzed from the view of three dimensions. At first, in the application of Mckyes-Ali three-dimensional model and the research method of Beck and Nobutaka, the track-terrain interaction is analyzed with three-dimensional model. By analyzing the interaction between the baffle and the terrain and solving the horizontal resistance acting on the baffle, three-dimensional model is established. By comparing the three-dimensional model with the logarithmic spiral model, the effectiveness of the three-dimensional model is verified. The study of the 3D model provides the reference for the further study of the track-terrain mechanics and provides a theoretical basis and foundation for the analysis of the interaction between the track and the terrain in the three-dimensional space.
