摘 要:针对配电网谐波源的多样性、不确定性等特点,以平均谐波畸变率和经济性为目标函数,将有源滤波器容量和谐波电压畸变率作为寻优的约束条件,将滤波装置中电容器的容量与串并联谐振频率的关系作为谐振约束条件;并采用混合罚函数将非线性约束优化问题变为无约束优化问题。最后采用改进模糊粒子群算法对滤波装置优化配置,通过在算法中考虑所有个体对群体活动的导向性,以增强粒子之间相互学习的能力,有效防止粒子陷入局部最优。仿真结果表明,该优化算法在给定的电网范围内能统一优化有源滤波器和无源滤波器的安装地点及相应的参数,具有一定工程应用价值。Distribution network harmonic source is of diversity , uncertainty. The average harmonic distortion and economy as the objective function, the capacity of the active filter and harmonic voltage distortion as optimization constraints , relations of a filtering device capacitance of the capacitor and series-parallel resonant frequency as res- onant constraints, it mixes penalty function for nonlinear constrained optimization problem into unconstrained opti- mization problems. Finally, improves fuzzy particle swarm algorithm to optimize the allocation of the filtering device in the algorithm to consider all individual-oriented group activities in order to enhance the interaction between the particles the ability to learn effectively prevent particles from falling into local optimum. The simulation results show that the optimization algorithm in a given grid within the unified optimization active filter and passive filter installa- tion site and the corresponding parameters is valuable for engineering.
