摘　　要：湿冷保鲜技术是一种新型保鲜技术。简述了湿冷系统的原理与优点,对湿冷系统的经济性、适用性、调节性、自然冷资源的利用及相关设备研发进行了分析探讨,认为应对湿冷技术展开更广泛深入的研究,以促进这一技术的发展与应用。Humidicool technology is a new preservation technology, the principle and advantages of humidieool system were introduced in this paper, analysis and discussions of system economy, applicability, regulating and conditioning performance, natural cold resource usage and facilities equipped in humidicool system were done, suggestions were proposed that study on this technology should be more deeply and widely to make the technology developed and applied better.
