摘  要:目的探讨"责任制整体护理"在大专护生临床实习中的应用效果。方法 2011年7月~2012年3月在我院临床实习的大专护生132例,随机分为观察组65例和对照组67例,观察组的护生后4个月的培训采用分管患者,实施责任制整体护理,对照组的护生培训采用传统的方法。比较两组护生的带教老师满意度、患者满意度、理论考试、操作考试、综合能力等指标。结果观察组护生的带教老师满意度、患者满意度、综合能力、理论考试、操作考试等指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 "责任制整体护理"在护生培训中的应用,能提高护生的临床综合能力及患者的满意度,提高护生的临床实习质量。Objective To explore the application effect of the "System of job responsibility of holistic nursing care" in clinical practice of junior college nursing students. Methods 132 junior college nursing students in clinical practice were randomly divided into the observation group ( n = 65 ) and the control group ( n = 67 ) in our hospital during July 2011 to March 2012. The observation group of nursing students after 4 months of training in patients with the implementation of holistic nursing care, responsibility system, and those in the control group took the traditional training methods. Then, compare the degree of satisfaction of clinical instruction teachers and patients and the index of theory test, operation examination and comprehensive ability between the two groups. Results The observation group's degree of satisfaction of clinical instruction teachers and patients and the index of theory test, operation examination and comprehensive ability was better than the control group's, and the difference had a statistical significance(P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion It can improve the nursing students" clinical comprehensive ability, satisiaction of patients and quality of clinical practice when the "System of job responsibility of holistic nursing care" is in the application of nursing students training .
