论国际化背景下的大学英语跨文化教育

摘　　要：全球化时代的国际生态需要具有跨文化能力的国际性人才,因此跨文化教育在国际竞争中具有重要的战略地位。而且基于语言与文化的密切关系,我国的大学英语教学应该不仅仅是语言教学,而应包括跨文化教育。但我国的外语教育面临诸多不足,如战略规划不到位,系统的跨文化教育实践缺乏,相关理论研究薄弱。可以通过顶层设计、多层次课程开发与教师发展等途径来构建大学英语跨文化教育体系,以因应新时代的人才培养要求。In this global age, more than ever, international talents with intercultural competence will be needed in this envi- ronment, so intercultural education presents a prominent strategic position in international competition. Besides, because of the close relations between language and culture, the college English teaching in China should not only focus on language teaching, but also intercultural education. However, there still exist many deficiencies in Chinese foreign language education, such as poor strategic planning, lacking systematic intercultural education practice, and weakness of theoretical study. All these problems could be solved by the way of top-level design, multilevel curriculum and faculty development, etc. to construct intercultural ed- ucation system of college English so that it can meet the needs of talents training in this new era.
