摘　　要：当前我国农民工培训的现实困境主要表现为吸引力欠缺、有效性不足,运用现代学徒制开展农民工培训可以有效解决这一困境。具体策略包括明确现代学徒制的法律地位,以积极的财政措施激励农民工及企业的参与;建立阶梯化的现代学徒制体系并纳入正规学制,为农民工构建继续学习和社会向上流动的路径;建立现代学徒制的监督管理制度,为农民工的学习与经济权益提供有效保障。The dilemma of current migrant workers training is manifested in its lacking attraction and poor quality. Ap- plying modern apprenticeship in migrant workers training can be a solution. The government needs to legislate modern appren- ticeship and provide active financing to incite the participation of companies and migrant workers. Multilevel apprenticeship system should be set up and included into formal education system to pave a way to further learning and upward social mo- bility for migrant workers. Registration and supervision system should be constructed for apprenticeship to ensure migrant work- ers＇ learning and economic rights.
