摘　　要：本文认为我国现代职业教育体系建设需要处理好三方面的关系、构建五大系统。三个方面的关系是职业教育与企业培训、职业教育与其他教育、职业教育内部三方面的关系;五个系统是构建工学结合、校企合作的培养培训制度体系,技能型人才成长的类型体系,面向人人的层次体系,职业教育与其他教育相互沟通、衔接的体制机制体系,职业教育发展的支撑体系。The current paper proposes that three relationships should be arranged well and five systems should be con- structed in the building of modern vocational education system in China. The three relationships are the relationship between vocational education and enterprise training, the relationship between vocational education and other kinds of education, and the relationship among internal parts of vocational education. The five systems are the cultivating and training institution sys- tem which guarantees the link between work and learning, and the cooperation between schools and enterprises; the type sys- tem which serves the growing of skilled talents; the level system which open to everyone; the organization and mechanism system which make vocational education and other education communicate and link up; and the supporting system which sup- port the development of vocational education.
