摘  要:为研究制动阀动态性能对全液压制动系统的影响,介绍了串联式双回路液压制动阀的工作原理,建立了其动态数学模型;采用AMESim软件建立了相应的仿真模型,分析了液压制动阀的制动压力比例特性、阶跃响应特性及双回路制动的安全性,并进行了实验验证.研究结果表明:制动阀仿真模型准确可信;该制动阀性能良好,能够满足全液压制动系统的要求;通过对液压制动阀控制弹簧刚度的组合优化,可以更好地适应空满载重量差别较大的整机制动需求.To study the effect of the dynamic characteristic of brake valve on full hydraulic braking system,the working principle of the tandem dual-circuit hydraulic brake valve was introduced,the mathematic model was established and the corresponding simulation model was set up based on software AMESim.The proportional property of brake pressure,the step response characteristic and the safety of dual-circuit compared to single-circuit were simulated,and then the corresponding experiment was designed to verify the simulation.The results show that the simulation model of the brake valve is accurate and the performance of the brake valve meets the request of full hydraulic braking system exactly.The optimized hydraulic brake valve controlling spring stiffness can be better adapted to the condition that the mass of load is of great difference between no-loaded and fully-loaded status.
