摘 要:选取公路悬索桥钢箱梁正交异性板桥面典型结构,针对重车道和超车道的吊索区和跨中区等4个桥面区域,确定荷载的纵向和横向施加范围,计算23 668种荷载工况作用,分别对顶板横向应力与纵向应力和顶板纵肋纵向应力的影响面进行系统分析,总结出荷载在不同平面位置作用对局部应力的影响规律。提取并处理4个桥面区域内所有荷载工况的3.7亿局部应力数据,进一步对桥面顶板横向、顶板纵向和顶板纵肋纵向的最大拉应力与最大压应力共6种局部应力的包络面进行深入分析研究,总结出桥面局部应力的分布规律和桥面局部应力极值的发生部位。Based on the selected typical structure of orthotropic deck in steel box girder of highway suspension bridge, the longitudinal and transverse acting ranges of vehicle load in allusion to the 4 bridge deck regions near hanger and mid-span of heavy traffic lane and fast traffic lane are determined. After calculating 23 668 load cases, the influencing surfaces of the transverse and longitudinal stresses of the deck and longitudinal stresses of the ribs are researched. Then, the effects of the load plane position on orthotropic deck's local stresses are analyzed. By means of extracting and processing the data of 370 million deck's local stresses of all load cases in the 4 regions, the enveloping surfaces of 6 kinds of local stresses such as the maximal tensile stresses and the maximal compressive stresses in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the deck and in the longitudinal direction of the rib are researched. Tile distribution regularity of local stresses and the occurrence position of the critical stresses of the bridge deck are presented.
