摘　　要：在我国的民办高校中,会计学专业传统的"刚性"实践教学已不能满足培养学生动手能力的需要。本文针对民办高校会计学专业实践课程体系中存在的问题,采用以必修课和选修课相结合的方式,构建了民办高校会计学专业柔性化课程体系。In our country＇s private colleges, the traditional rigid practical teaching of accounting major can not meet the need of the training of students＇ practical ability. According to the problems of the practical curriculum system of accounting major in private colleges, the paper adopts the method of the combination of compulsory courses and elective courses to establish a flexible practical curriculum system of accounting major in private colleges.
