摘 要:民办高校行政工作的"管理"与"服务"是民办高校正常运行的有效手段。但是,在不完善体制下,这两者的功能出现了错位现象:管理功能被削弱,服务功能扩大,行政工作呈现出比较混乱和无序的状态。究其原因,与民办高校师资队伍不稳定、制度欠缺、行政人员专业素养偏低以及"过度关系化"的行政工作环境都有关系。要改善这种状况,让行政工作走上良性发展轨道,树立可持续发展的制度意识是当务之急;另外,构建"合身"制度规范体系、形成稳定的制度化角色定向、排除教工工作中的后顾之忧、提高行政人员的专业化水平、建设合理的行政工作环境等都是可行性方案。The function of "management" and "service" of private universities administration is the effective means of its normal operation.However,because of its imperfect system,the function of the two appeared dislocation phenomenon,such as,weakened management function,expanded service function,which caused the administrative work in more chaos and disorder.By investigation,the reasons are that the staff of private college are not stable,and the system is not perfect,the professional administrative quality of the staff is not efficient.The "excessive relationships of the administration" work environment affects the situation.To improve the situation,firstly,the administrative work circle should be on a positive development orbit,and the sustainable development of the system should be established.Secondly a "fit" and stable system standard should be constructed;the problems and worry of the staff should be solved;the professional level of the administrative staff should be promoted;lastly the construction of reasonable administrative work environment is a feasible scheme.
