摘　　要：对高等学校而言,落实教学的中心地位,保持教学的有效性是其永恒追求的主题,行政管理专业的高效课堂是保证普通高校教学质量的重要内容。行政管理专业作为一个历史性与时代性紧密结合的新兴专业,认识行政管理规律,提高行政管理课堂教学水平,是高校管理学专业教师不得不认真面对的课题,也是必须遵守的职业准则。As for colleges and universities, implementing the central position of teaching and keeping the validity of teaching is the eternal theme. The efficient classroom of administrative management major is an important content for guaranteeing the teaching quality of universities. Administrative management is a new major which combines with historical and epochal characteristics. Understanding the law of administrative management and improving the level of administrative management teaching in colleges is the inevitable subject that the teachers of management specialty have to face and the professional standard that they have to obey.
