摘　　要：医学实验教学是高校医学院教学和科研工作中的一个重要组成部分,实验室技术人员是实验室建设发展的主要力量,拥有一支高素质的实验技术队伍对提高学校的核心竞争力也有着不可替代的作用。本文从医学实验技术人员的重要性,当前存在的一些主要问题方面着手提出了一系列解决措施。Medical experimental teaching is an important part of the teaching of medical colleges and scientific research work.Laboratory technicians are the main strength of the construction and development of laboratories.Therefore,to possess a high-quality experimental technical team has an irreplaceable role for enhancing the core competitiveness of the colleges.This article puts forward a series of solutions based on the current problems and the importance of medical laboratory technicians.
