摘　　要：新闻教育旨在为新闻媒体培养优秀人才。作为新兴学科,我国高校新闻学专业建设仍处于摸索与调整阶段。目前新闻本科教育偏重专业技能学习,忽视人文社科知识传授和学生的人文素养提高,导致新闻人才培养明显滞后于新闻事业发展。如何适应行业未来发展需求,更新教育理念,科学调整新闻人才培养模式和课程体系,加强对学生的人文素质培养是新闻教育面临的新挑战。Journalism education aims to train excellent talents for news media.As a new subject,the building of journalism discipline in the higher education institutions in our country is still in a stage exploration and adjustment.Currently,the talents trained in these institutions can not meet the requirements of the news media development as a result of the present curriculum which focuses on the building the professional skills and neglects the teaching of humanistic knowledge and building up the humanistic qualities in students.The development of journalism education has challenged its professionals to address the problem on how to adapt to the future development needs of the discipline,update the educational ideas and scientifically adjust the training mode of news media talents and its curriculum,and enhance the cultivation of humanistic qualities in students.
