高职院校毕业生就业跟踪调查及对策分析——以版面编辑与校对专业为例

摘　　要：调查并分析我院版面编辑与校对专业毕业生就业现状和问题,用以指导毕业就业工作。采取设计问卷调查表,择取426名毕业生,覆盖面达到90%,通过五年的跟踪调查,采用SPSS 19.0对其进行统计分析,结果显示:其差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从中也发现:学校在就业指导工作方面应加大力度并采取有效措施,形成全程跟踪就业指导和帮扶工作,促进学生真正就业。Targeted at improving the vocation guidance service, this study makes an investigation and analysis of the present situation and issues concerning the employments of Layout Editing and Proofreading major graduates in our department. The questionnaires are used to collect data from 426 graduates, about 90% of all. Through a five - year follow - up investigation, the author conducts the analysis by SPSS19. 0. The result shows that the difference is of statistical significance, （P 〈0. 05）. It can therefore be found that in the vocation guidance, colleges are expected to make greater efforts and take effective measures to form a follow - up employment guidance and assistance system so as to promote the full employment of graduates.
