极固宁治疗牙本质过敏的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨用极固宁(Green Or,ALFAWASSERMANN,ITALY)治疗面牙本质过敏(Dentin hypersensitivity,DH)的临床效果。方法选择98颗面牙本质过敏的患牙,用极固宁脱敏治疗1～2次,观察治疗效果。结果轻、中度面磨耗牙本质过敏患牙,用极固宁脱敏治疗,观察1年效果良好。重度面磨耗牙本质过敏患牙,用极固宁脱敏治疗,观察1年效果较差。结论用极固宁治疗面牙本质过敏患牙,安全有效,无毒副作用,治疗方法简单。Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of Occlusal Dentin hypersensitivity with the Green Or. Methods A total of 98 Occlusal Dentin hypersensitive teeth were collected, and conducted with desensitization treatment for 1 to 2 times using Green Or, therapeutic effect was observed. Results The effect of mild or moderate Oeelusal Abrasion Dentin hypersensitive teeth for one year was fine, while the curative effect of the severe group was bad. Conclusions The Green Or has a certain effect on Oeelusal Dentin hypersensitivity without toxic or side effect, and is safe, simple and convenient.
