摘  要:随着我国综合国力的增强,众多异域学者对新课程改革给予了高度关注。他们认为,新课程改革的首要目的在于培养适应经济发展的创新型人才,其次在于加强政治控制与促进社会公平;基于"西方教学方式能够培养创新型人才"的假设,新课程理念表现出显著的西方化倾向,文化适应性问题亟待关注;由于政策的强有力推动,新课程理念逐步为广大教师所认可。制约新课程顺利实施的因素有教育评价改革举步维艰、教学时间有限、课程改革的城市化取向、教师专业发展的缺位、教学环境和课程资源的限制等。As our comprehensive national power strengthens, many overseas scholars have paid great attention to the new curriculum reform. In their views, the primary goal of new curriculum reform is to cultivate innovative talents adapting to the economic development, and then is to enhance the political control and to promote social justice. Based on assumption of "western teaching methods can cultivate innovative talents", new curriculum concept shows remarkable tendency of westernization, and cultural compatibility needs instant attention. Due to the powerful push of policy, new curriculum concept has gradually been accepted by the teachers. The factors hindering the smooth implementation of new curriculum involves the struggled educational evaluation reform, limitation of teaching time, urbanized orientation of curriculum reform, lack of teacher's professional development, limitation of teaching environment and curriculum resources, etc.
