摘　　要：郑州轻工业学院以创新学分为抓手,针对高校在创新学分制中存在的问题,通过制定详细的实施办法、加强条件建设、加强教师队伍建设、强化教育宣传等措施,积极实行创新学分制度,开展新人才评价系统的探索,培养创新人才,并取得了良好效果。The application oriented creative talents cultivating mode has been established in Zhengzhou University of Light Industy.In view of the University in the innovation of credit system problems,through the formulation of detailed implementation measures,strengthening the construction of practice,strengthen the construction of teachers’ team,strengthen education and publicity measures.It actively implements creative of credit system for cultivation of innovative talents and achieved good results in Zhengzhou University of Light Industy.
