摘　　要：地方师范院校教育学学科的发展面临发展平台有限、学术队伍结构不合理、人才培养模式单一、学术氛围不浓等问题。学科发展思路不明、对学科的作用认识不清、学术研究的功利主义以及外部环境的局限是主要原因。要破解这些难题,需要创新学科专业体系,活跃学术氛围,调整教育学学科定位,在提高服务地方基础教育能力的同时注重培育自身特色。The development of Pedagogics in normal schools is facing with several problems such as development platform being limited, talent cuhivation mode being single, academic at- mosphere being not dense etc. Ambiguity discipline development train of thought, unclear un- derstanding towards the function of the discipline, utilitarian academic research and the limita- tion of external environment limitation are the main reasons. To solve these problems, needs to reform professional system of discipline, active academic atmosphere, adjust pedagogic disci- pline orientation, and pay attention to cultivate their own characteristics while improving the a- bility of serving local basic education.
