摘　　要：目的了解上海市浦东新区青少年健康危险行为流行现状中中学生网络使用情况、网络成瘾行为和发展趋势,为各级卫生、教育部门制定学生伤害(各种健康危险行为常是其直接引发因素)的预防、干预提供科学依据。方法于2012年3—6月份,采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取浦东新区中心城区、郊区中心镇和农村地区21所中学和2所中职技校共5 768名学生进行青少年健康危险行为问卷调查。结果健康危险行为调查网络使用情况显示,有4 881人上网,上网率为86.5%,不同校别(初中、高中、高职)学生上网率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.662,P﹤0.01)。网络成瘾的总发生人数为238人,网络成瘾率为4.2%;不同性别学生网络成瘾率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.894,P﹤0.01)。中心城区、郊区中心镇和农村地区的电子游戏成瘾率分别为16.2%、12.6%、12.7%,不同地区学生电子游戏成瘾率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.397,P﹤0.01)。结论学生课余时间上网已经是普遍行为,教育、卫生等主要部门应建立多部门合作机制,开展相关活动进行干预,使学生能健康合理地使用网络,以提高浦东新区青少年的整体健康水平,共同防止危害健康的行为发生。[ Objective ] To understand the health risk behaviors of adolescents in Pudong New Area of Shanghai City, including net- work usage, internet addiction behavior and development trends among middle school students, and provide scientific evidence for health and education departments to develop student injury intervention measures. [ Methods ] During March- June 2012, multi- stage stratified sampling method was adopted to select 5 768 students form 21 middle schools and 2 vocational high school in urban area, suburban town center and rural area of Pudong New Area for questionnaire survey of adolescent health risk behaviors. [ Results] The network usage investigation showed that 4 881 （86.5%） had used Internet, the Interuet accessing rate was signifi- candy different between secondary school, high school and vocational high school （ X2 = 14. 662, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The number of students with Internet addiction was 238, with the rate of 4. 2% ; the Internet addiction rate was significantly different between gen- ders（ X2 =23. 894,P 〈 0.01 ）. The video game addiction rate in urban area, suburban town center and rural area was 16.2% , 12. 6%, 12.7% , with significant difference（ X2 =26. 397 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）. [ Conclusion] Internet access at spare time is common a- mong students. Education and health departments should establish a muhi-seetoral cooperation mechanism, carry out interventions on rational network usage to improve the health levels of adolescents in Pudong New Area and prevent the occurrence of health risk behaviors.
