摘  要:目的:测定大连市售蛏子、扇贝、花蚬子、白蚬子、海虹和毛蛤等贝类体内苯并(a)芘(BaP)及其代谢产物3-羟基苯并芘(3-OHBaP)的含量,分析贝类对其富集的能力。方法:以65%乙腈提取,采用高效液相色谱荧光检测法(HPLC-FLD)测定。结果:所测贝类体内BaP的含量为0.9864μg/kg-1.817μg/kg,3-OHBaP的含量为3.486~51.50μg/kg。结论:不同种属贝类体内BaP、3-OHBaP含量存在差异,贝类对3-OHBaP富集能力更强。Objective:To determine the content of benzo(a)pyrene and 3-hydroxybenzo(a)pyrene from six kinds of shellfish in Dalian and to study the ability of enrichment.Methods: The samples were extracted by using 65% acetonitrile as solvent and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD).Results: For benzo(a)pyrene and 3-hydroxybenzo(a)pyrene in shellfish,the contents were 0.9864μg/kg-1.817μg/kg,3.486-51.50μg/kg,respectively.Conclusion: The contents of benzo(a)pyrene and 3hydroxybenzo(a)pyrene were different in six kinds of shellfish and the ability of enriching 3-hydroxybenzo(a) pyrene is stronger.
