大连地区6种贝类体内苯并(a)芘和3-羟基苯并芘含量测定

摘　　要：目的：测定大连市售蛏子、扇贝、花蚬子、白蚬子、海虹和毛蛤等贝类体内苯并（a）芘（BaP）及其代谢产物3-羟基苯并芘（3-OHBaP）的含量,分析贝类对其富集的能力。方法：以65%乙腈提取,采用高效液相色谱荧光检测法（HPLC-FLD）测定。结果：所测贝类体内BaP的含量为0.9864μg/kg-1.817μg/kg,3-OHBaP的含量为3.486~51.50μg/kg。结论：不同种属贝类体内BaP、3-OHBaP含量存在差异,贝类对3-OHBaP富集能力更强。Objective：To determine the content of benzo（a）pyrene and 3-hydroxybenzo（a）pyrene from six kinds of shellfish in Dalian and to study the ability of enrichment.Methods： The samples were extracted by using 65% acetonitrile as solvent and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection（HPLC-FLD）.Results： For benzo（a）pyrene and 3-hydroxybenzo（a）pyrene in shellfish,the contents were 0.9864μg/kg-1.817μg/kg,3.486-51.50μg/kg,respectively.Conclusion： The contents of benzo（a）pyrene and 3hydroxybenzo（a）pyrene were different in six kinds of shellfish and the ability of enriching 3-hydroxybenzo（a） pyrene is stronger.
