信息技术支持下的立体化科技英语教学模式探究

摘　　要：本文分析指出脱离"自然环境"是制约科技英语教学发展的瓶颈。改变传统教学模式,利用多媒体网络技术营建理想的"自然学习环境"是突破该瓶颈的有效方案。本文以医疗器械英语课程为例,探讨在科技英语教学中建立立体化科技英语模式。立体化科技英语模式重视影像的运用以创造生动的情境;强调任务的设计,通过尽可能真实的任务,提高学生的交流能力和应用能力。This paper points out that the lack of ＂natural environment＂ has greatly impeded the development of EST. The computer and network technology provides an effective solution to this problem by means of simulating the ＂natural environment＂. Based on an empirical study of the EST course ＂Medical Device English＂, this paper explores the construction of three-dimensional teaching mode in EST courses. The mode focuses on the use of video images to create highly realistic enviromnent, and the design of authentic tasks to develop the students＇ communicative abilities and professional abilities.
