摘　　要：以创新体系理论为基础,对科教结合的内涵与边界进行探讨,认为"科教结合"的实质是资源的整合,以此为基础分析实现科教结合的基本路径,并指出推进我国科教结合需要注意的若干问题。Based on the theory of innovation system, this paper probes into the connotation and boundary of integration of research and education. Tile paper considers that the essence of ＂integration of research and education＂ is the integration of resources, analyses the essential path of achieving integration of research and education, and finally points out several issues in promoting the integration of research and education which we should pay attention to.
