大学生就业指导课教学改革的实践探索研究——以广东嘉应学院为例

摘　　要：该文通过分析当前高校大学生就业指导课教学中存在的师资薄弱、教学内容呆板、教学方法单一、实践环节偏少等问题,并结合广东嘉应学院大学生就业指导课教学改革探索的实际做法,从更新教育理念、加强队伍建设、拓展教学内容、改进教学方法、强化实践训练等方面提出改进大学生就业指导课教学的思路和措施。This thesis mainly focused on the problems existing in current students employment guidance course teaching which contained the weakness of teaching resources, the simplicity of teaching content, the inflexibility of teaching methods and the lace of practice. Combined with the teaching reform of Students Employment Guidance in Jiaying University, Guangdong, this paper also talked about the improving ideas and measures on Students Employment Guidance based on updating teaching concept, enforcing teaching resources, broadening teaching contents, ameliorating teaching methods and strengthening practical training.
