摘　　要：详细介绍基于接触式扫描测量的轮廓数据点的处理过程,包括噪声过滤、精简滤波,平滑处理,曲线分段等多个环节,并采用最小二乘法进行轮廓线拟合。通过工程实践应用表明,该数据处理效果较理想,能够获取满足精度要求的轮廓线。The authors introduced the processing procedure of profile data point based on contact-type scanning measurement in detail, including noise filtering, downsize filtering, smoothing, curve segmentation and other links, and then fitted the contour line by the method of the least squares. Through actual project application, it has been found that the effect of this method of date processing is good and can get contour line meeting the requirement on accuracy.
