摘　　要：运用文献资料、实地调查、逻辑分析等研究方法,对无锡市业余训练"体教结合"的现状进行了实地调查,分析了无锡市业余训练"体教结合"过程中存在的主要问题,提出了一系列建议,并最终提出了适合未来体育后备人才培养的新模式,旨在为无锡市及其他地区的后备人才培养工作提供新的参考依据。By using the methods of literature review, field investigation and logical analysis, this paper reported a field research into the implementation of the combination of sports and education in Wuxi, analyzed the main prob- lems in the process, put forward a series of suggestions, and ultimately proposed a new model for future cultivation of sports reserve talents. The main purpose is to provide a new reference for Wuxi and other areas.
