摘 要:采用多光束干涉测量技术对椭圆滚子-玻璃盘形成的椭圆接触气穴现象进行了实验观察.实验在传统光弹流实验机上进行,只研究了纯滑动的情形.结果表明:气穴形状及其发展过程依赖于椭圆接触区短轴与卷吸方向之间的夹角.在一定的载荷-速度条件下,出现片状气穴区;载荷一定时,椭圆接触区短轴与卷吸方向之间的夹角越大,形成片状气穴区需要的速度越高.卷吸速度增大,气穴区向接触中心靠近;载荷增大,气穴区远离接触中心.椭圆接触区短轴与卷吸方向之间的夹角越大,气穴区越是远离接触中心,且气穴区位置受速度影响越显著.Using muhi - beam intefferometry, the cavitation experiment observation of elliptical roller - on - disc contacts was carried out under pure sliding conditions in a traditional optical EHL test rig. The results show that the shape and development of cavitation depended on the angle between the entrainment direction and the minor axis of the elliptical contact zone. Sheet cavitation presented itself when the entrainment speed and the applied load were met. For a constant applied load, increasing angle between the entrainment direction and the minor axis of the elliptical contact zone increased the entrainment speed when sheet cavitation appeared. Cavitation moved toward the contact center with the increase of the entrainment speed whereas the increase of the applied load was just the reverse. Cavitation moved along the entrainment direction with the increase of the angle between the entrainment direction and the minor axis of the elliptical contact zone and the position of cavitation depended on the entrainment speed quite markedly at the bigger angle.
