摘　　要：教育督导是英国对继续教育质量进行监督和管理的重要手段。在继续教育督导框架的指导下,对一些提供继续教育的教学单位进行督导评估,能够帮助其全面了解自身情况,提高一些薄弱环节的质量,从而更好地满足当地学习者和雇主的需求。通过对英国继续教育督导框架和实践的总结和分析,能够帮助我们厘清国内继续教育督导工作存在的问题和不足,促进继续教育督导发挥其应有的作用。Further Education Inspection is an important way to supervise and manage further education quality in UK.Inspecting some teaching units under the guidance of further education inspection framework can help themselves having a full understanding and improving the quality of the vulnerable spots,so as to meet the needs of the local learners and employers better.Making summary and analysis of the further education framework and its application can help us clarifying the existing problems and insufficiency of domestic further education supervision specific work, promoting further education supervision in the proper role.
