摘  要:国内开展大学生朋辈辅导活动研究,主要集中在朋辈辅导的功能作用、实践意义、模式、途径等方面,属于基础水平研究。引入积极心理健康教育理念,开展以心理委员为主体的大学生朋辈心理辅导组织机构建设、以宏观认知教育为主要内容的朋辈辅导员积极心理健康教育理念培训、以个别交流和团体辅导等为主要形式的朋辈辅导工作途径创设等三个方面的实践操作研究,对促进大学生不断成熟、发展和积极人格的形成具有重要意义。The research on university students' peer counselling activities in China is mainly focused on the following aspects: its function, practical significance, models, approaches, and so on, which belongs to the foundation level. By introducing the concept of positive mental health education, the author makes the following three practical operation researches on this issue: to establish college students' peer mental counselling organizations which is mainly composed of psychological members, to teach the peer counsellors the coficept of positive mental health education with macroscopic-cognition education as its main training part and help them communicate and exchange among their student peers individually or in group as the main form. It is of great significance to help university students get better psychological development so that they can build up their healthy and positive personalities.
