摘　　要：对当前地方师范大学师范生就业形势进行了分析,介绍了基于实践取向的师范生"四层次""双强化",实行双导师制,搭建教师养成教学平台、创新平台等。实践教学体系及师范生创新能力培养的举措。并对建立教师教育协同创新中心、教师教育综合训练中心、长期稳定的教育教学实践基地进行了研究和探索。By analyzing the current employment situation of students graduated from local normal universities,this paper introduced the ＂Four Levels and Dual Enhancement＂teaching system and the measures taken to cultivate the creative abilities of normal school students.It also conducted studies on the establishment of the Teacher Education Innovation Center,the Teacher Education Training Center,and the long-term stable bases for education teaching practice.
