摘　　要：开放大学的核心能力是一个由文化能力、组织治理能力、教学能力、资源整合能力、社会服务能力有机组合的系统。这一能力体系的构建及良好的运行是开放大学获得竞争优势并在竞争中获胜的关键。文章基于多种理论视角及核心能力的基本原理,界定开放大学核心能力的内涵和构成要素,识别出开放大学核心能力建构并进行分析,为我国开放大学的建设提供一种新思路、新视角。The core cooperativeness of open university is a system mainly composed of culture, institution governance, teaching competence, resource integration and society service. The establishment and operation of this system will play an important role in obtaining competition advantage and winning in the final for the open university. This paper tries to use different methodologies and core cooperativeness theory, and to cover the concepts, components, and structure. Based on the theories,it analyses the components of core cooperativeness in open university, provides the new thoughts in constructing the Chinese open universities.
