摘　　要：实践能力是高职化学制药专业学生能力培养的重要环节。为提高化学制药专业的实践教育水平,激发学生对专业知识的兴趣,培养学生的创新能力和生产能力,本文探讨了对实践教学的建设和改革,包括化学制药专业的实践基地及师资队伍的规划和建设,实践教学内容的改革。Practical ability was the important link of cultivating the ability of higher vocational chemistry pharmaceutical professional students. To improve the level of chemical pharmaceutical professional practice education, stimulating students＇ interest in professional knowledge, cultivate students＇ innovation ability and production capacity, much works were done to improve the teaching level. The construction and reform of practice teaching included the construction of professional practice base and the professional faculty, and the reform of the practice teaching content.
