摘　　要：从介绍课程教学现状入手,依托Blackboard平台,提出构建网络课程教学平台的必要性。以充分施展行动导向教学法为指导,本着科学性、知识性与动态性结合的原则,构建了基于Blackboard网络教学平台的计算机文化基础网络课程,既改善了教学现状,又提高了教学质量。This paper introduces the current situation of teaching, depending on the Blackboard platform and puts forward the necessity of network course teaching platform. In order to fully display the action - oriented teaching method as a guidance, combining the spirit of science, knowledge and dynamic binding principle, the authors construct the Blackboard network teaching platform for computer culture basis based on network course, which improves teaching situation at the same time, also enhances the quality of teaching.
