地方民族院校本科专业分布与调整研究——基于1999-2011年的数据分析

摘　　要：1999至2011年间,地方民族院校在本科专业设置、本科专业布点两个维度大规模增长,并且规模增长的学科差异显著;在科类结构方面,文强理弱的专业格局在本科专业设置上已有阶段性变化,然而在专业布点上却仍在延续。地方民族院校校均专业数大幅增长,专业规模效益提高,但也带来新增专业教育质量下滑、专业布点重复等问题。相关主管部门和地方民族院校要采取有效措施继续推进本科专业结构调整,提升地方民族院校的人才培养质量。From 1999 to 2011, local ethnic universities have expanded massively in setting up undergraduate programs and degrees with remarkable disciplinary differences. In disciplinary structure, the pattern of strong liberal arts and weak sciences has been changed in undergraduate programs but not in distribution of specialties. The increased number and expanding scale of specialties in local ethnic universities have brought about problems of declining education quality of newly set up programs and overlapping programs. Related departments and local universities should adopt effective measures to adjust undergraduate program structure and uplift talent training quality of local ethnic universities.
